Bought a brand new 2020 GMC Terrain and when i went to pick it up the floorboard was full of water !! Poor sales service advertising vehicles not available for sale. Sad but true. Sad service on line and in person . Friday made two inquires on two trucks with no reply from dealership. Saturday drove 80 miles to dealership took salesman almost an hour to tell me one truck didn't past inspection. Why advertise a vehicle before inspection? Second vehicle salesman stated was ok but went to auction second day on lot. Strange all auctions closed but sending vehicles.
