i had bought a car then in a few weeks had major mechanical/engine issues they offered to take it back but i was having trouble getting accepted for a new auto loan anywhere that I could try for any car that I had tried they called me a few days later with good news that they would fix my car and also provide me with a car so that way I was not without one with my family and I. a purely awful experience, bought a vehicle with 'no mechanical issues' less than a month later my wheel locked up and my kids and i almost crashed not being able to turn the wheel , the car is now showing 12 codes
We have purchased three vehicles from Courtesy! We continue to have our vehicle serviced here even though there are Ford dealerships closer to us! We have not found another dealership that continues to provide the excellent care and service to us and choose to drive an hour and a half to get oil changes and service! Thanks to the entire team for your continued care!
