Recommendedgreat inventory and stand behind the product
After I bought a truck from them I came back to the valley after a year of owning the truck went to the dmv to reregister and found that courtesy cancelled the registration in the first month of me owning it! So I had to pay penalties for driving it not knowing the whole time I was driving it illegally. Buyer beware!
I would not recommend them. We purchased a truck from the, we had it all of two weeks and the check engine light came on. Took it to the dealership and found out it would be a $5,000 repair. Called the dealership and they told us that is why they sell warranties. I will never go back to this place and would recommend it to know one.
I wouldn’t recommend them at all, they sold us a truck that had problems and when we called them out on it and had them fix the problems the truck all of the sudden had new problems after it was “fixed”. They lied to us about our other truck we traded in and would of taken back.
Don't know about Courtesy Auto front office but my experience with the back office where they do the repairs was very good. It was fixed at a very reasonable price and good to go. I know, I have had other experiences in another shop in Sedona for my toyota and they charged me outrageously for work estimated to be $350 which turned into $1,ooo. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they really know their product. They got me into the vehicle I wanted when I didn't think it was possible for the time. Because they worked with me I am now better off now than I ever have been. Highly recommended.
Buying a vehicle is always tricky business because a mind is a terrible thing to have! I trust Doug Reed I've worked with him and looked him in the eye when he spoke! I sure trust HIM more than our candidates!!!!
