My truck broke down near Courtesy Auto repair, tie rod end failed. I was told I would receive an estimate on the repair, they lied I did not. Instead they called me and said that the truck was done $305 to replace the tie rod end. This is robbery. Also they said my track arm was bad, ball joints were bad, stearing gear loose. Upon inspection the only thing wrong was ball joints bad on left side. These guys are liars and crooks, do not trust them.
RecommendedMy car broke down away from home. Bill was very helpful to me in figuring out what I should do with it, and where I should have it repaired. Extremely kind and honest service, if I didn't live way to far from there I'd totally take my cars back.

I brought my car in to confirm an alternator problem and schedule an appointment to get it fixed. After a thorough inspection of the entire car (which I didn't ask for) they recommended a whole slew of fixes that would probably cost me thousands, but I turned them down, as I was only there to get the alternator replaced and frankly that's all I could afford.
