This my second review for Acura. The first was for the great service when I got my acura in Jan of this year. Now, its for Vanessa, the advisor for acura. Honestly, she's the best. My brand new car had an issue with the rear mirror and I had some questions and she answered every one of them. And, she's able to get me a loaner while waiting on the part for the acura. Everyone here is great! Friendly service and just nice people all around. Thank you.
Nice people, but most jobs are missed mark on labor time. A clutch does not take 10hrs, a timing chain doesnt take 10hrs. Any maintenance is equivalant to a motor swap..
