I have had a poor experience with Courtesy Acura recently buying a used car. I completed the forms for tax, tag, and registration at the time of the purchase in November 2022. I was given a temporary tag. This tag is now about to expire and I have still received no permanent tag. I spoke with my county clerk and the title transfer did not occur until 1/6/2023, the day I sent a message to the salesman at the dealership about the problem. This car lot is a joke! The salesman that came out to “help” me was very rude and acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. He didn’t even try to get me approved, told me that no matter where I went I wouldn’t get approved. (I was approved by 2 other places, was just trying to explore my options.) he told me that I should go ahead and go bankrupt, said it was the only way I could get into anything and that it would be a junker. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
This place is complete garbage. I was with my brother the other day trying to find him a car and this older guy came out to “help” us. He was super rude saying no one would be interested in approving my brother for anything because of his history. Bought a vehicle back in January and Courtesy still has not produced a title. I have called multiple times and continue to get the run around with excuse after excuse. First it was because of COVID then apparently Courtesy sold it without the original title and had to request another but that was back in April. I have stopped in to speak to manager but one is never available. I worked with Simo & Chris and they were awesome! Got me in a nice SUV with brand new tires, low mileage, and 3rd row! We love it, they even went the extra mile and got my interest rate dropped for 17% to 6% that’s huge!!!! Will definitely be returning in the future, they made buying a car easy & treated us like royalty, they especially catered to my 2 year old daughter while there, everyone was super nice! 10/10 recommend
