Jerry was, indeed, courteous as well as professional. He was able to make my doggy stains disappear, and my 25 year old area rug look like new. He was able to clean a line of carpet tiles we had placed over hard wood (to aid our geriatric dogs) that had suffered repeated soiling, so they also looked brand new. Henceforth, Jerry/ Courteous Carpet is my go to for all my carpet needs!

Jerry was awesome start to finish! We needed our dryer vent cleaned out and he got me scheduled quick, came out on time and was great with communication during the whole process. I love that he explained what all he did, any issues he came upon (and fixed) along the way as well as suggestions on how we can maximize our dryer’s efficiency now and in the future. He was very courteous and professional! Highly recommend :)

I am so impressed with every aspect of our experience with Courteous Carpet Care. Jerry is friendly, open and honest and his results are outstanding. We had never had our carpets professionally cleaned, and I cannot be happier that we were so blessed to find someone so knowledgeable and professional! Between sick kids and a new puppy in the last year, our carpet really needed help and we surely found it. The carpets look new and smell incredible. Jerry was absolutely fantastic! He came same day to clean our dryer vent all because i had laundry to do before going back to work. He’s such a friendly soul and so personal. Thanks to Jerry i can get all my laundry done safely. Definitely recommend him for any service. 10/10 recommend!

My kids got the 24 hr tummy bug and threw up all over our sectional! It smelled awful! Courteous Carpet Care came the day after we called to schedule a cleaning and did an outstanding job cleaning, deodorizing and scotch guarding our sectional couch. Not only did it look brand new after but most importantly the smell was gone! From the customer service, the availability and the job well done, we highly recommend them for all your needs!
