Purchased new tires. Price and availability were good but I didnt plan on spending 3.5+ hours waiting for 5 tires to be installed. Dropped the vehicle off at 8:30 thinking our vehicle would be worked on straight away. Not a chance. One star because almost done doesn't equal 2 more hours.
Nissan Courtenay was great to deal with for my tire replacement. There were a few hiccups with the tire ordering process, and the timing took a bit longer than expected, but they were flexible, kept communication open, and worked through everything with me. That really made a difference. Customer service was friendly and accommodating throughout. Joshua was very helpful and patient as I was looking for very specific used cars and ended up with a car that was exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Definitely five stars for Joshua, Aaron & Julie for all their help.
