Was nervous about going to a dealership but all the staff at Courtenay Nissan made it such a pleasant experience. Gavin was super helpful, and the process of getting insurance was made easy. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been hesitant to leave a negative review but this dealership has pushed me to my limit. I went in with my family beginning of May, browsing for a used vehicle. I made it very clear I wasn’t going to commit to anything and was just browsing. Gavin was very nice and helpful, however, the tactics they use to try and make a sale was very off-putting.
