Morris court failed my inspection due to curtain rods in the floor and clothes 2 items on bathroom floor and will not renew my lease This is supposed to be liw income literally a project apt
Are you income based housing also are you strict with your application requirements to move in or does it depends on certain things like the person background like criminal background credit and stuff like that is it a certain amount of years you go far back to check for criminal history and credit score do you have to have a certain credit score to get approved for one of your apartments like I know every application process is different so Im just trying to ask because I don't know much about how you guys work out there.
