Updating my last review- as after a very long time have moved out for The Court House (for all good reasons). This time the leasing office and staff were so very helpful in my transition and went above and beyond. Professionally, I work in the real estate industry and this great experience is not always or even often replicated. I lived at 125 Court for four years. Well constructed apartment. No noise from adjacent units. Friendly and professional doormen, handymen and office staff. The perfect rental building. Runs like clockwork and pleasant atmosphere.
Great team. Great buildings. No fee. Sad to be moving out of town after 10(!) years with Two Trees, but grateful to the leasing team for making it all so seamless.
