Consider this management group to be one of the worst I have ever experienced. Completely non-professional. Complete lack of customer service - no voicemail. Believe they are taking advantage of lower income folks through leveraging items that are not their responsibility by withholding paid assessment fees. Also feel they are completely overcharging for their lack of services. $150 for a paid assessment letter, really?
