Alan Court is amazing!!! – I recently purchased a 4 bedroom/4 bath house in East Hampton and renovated my kitchen and bathrooms. Alan Court has been instrumental in working with me and my contractor to ensure the right design flow and look of these rooms. Worst part of a recent renovation – I recently renovated my kitchen and had nothing but unnecessary stress and difficulty using Alan Court. While his selection of tile is quite nice, the tile was ordered and delivered late, and the installer demanded extra money when he found that less tile was delivered than specified and he had to come back to finish the job. What a disaster – While renovating 2 bathrooms and using a designer, Alan Court was the designated vendor for all our materials. Virtually every item ordered was wrong. Wrong sizes on sinks, toilets and more, wrong quantities and long waits to rectify. We also believe products were pushed on us to get them out of their inventory. We are completely disgusted with the company and the service we got. And we are unhappy with our merchandise that we bad top dollar for.
