Beware not trustworthy at all. He did not have my best interest. He was both the buyers and sellers agent and charged 10%. When I read the contract I knew something was wrong but he is sweet talker and tried to pressured me to accept the offer. He will prey on your desperation and take advantage if you are trusting. I showed my new agent some of the contracts he brought to me and my agent said we're not in my best interest.
