The completely inept front desk staff will basically ignore you unless you chase them down physically from the back beyond the front desk that there is nobody ever sitting at. If you enjoy feeling like you broke into somebodies home during their dinner- you will feel welcome here.
This practice’s administrative structure creates barriers to psychiatric care — and then enforces aggressive fees when patients struggle to navigate those barriers. I tried to call about a simple issue, I got a poorly working automated answering machine- and once I finally got in touch with somebody it -she was extremely rude!- simply redirecting to some portal that never works.
