The staff is very helpful and kind. We were matched extremely well with our provider. There's not a thing I would have changed or an expectation they didn't exceed! 100% recommend.
The completely inept front desk staff will basically ignore you unless you chase them down physically from the back beyond the front desk that there is nobody ever sitting at. If you enjoy feeling like you broke into somebodies home during their dinner- you will feel welcome here.
This practice’s administrative structure creates barriers to psychiatric care — and then enforces aggressive fees when patients struggle to navigate those barriers. I had a prescription refill appointment scheduled. The office canceled it without notifying me. No call. No portal alert. No message. My refills ran out.
