I started my program on December 23, 2019. I was tired of being tired, achy, apathetic, and constantly having headaches & stomachs issues. I would catch every cold my kids brought home from school. For the first time in my life my menstrual cycle is regular without the use of oral contraceptives! Traditional M.D.s had me convinced that I would need to indefinitely take oral BC and/or metformin to treat my PCOS. I was dissatisfied with that conclusion. Life lead me to Dr. Smyth.
