Horrible experience, I had Mike do a job before years ago and did a great job, this time he knocked out a main support on my enclosed porch, it’s starting to sag shift as it’s attached to the house and here we are 7 months later still giving me the run around and won’t contact me back, every week his receptionist says “someone is going to look at it today” now I have to take him to court to fix his mistake, also just trying to get him to do the job was a hassle, it dragged out 2 month and having to constantly bug him because... read more

Nice tarp. Obviously this contractor had some incompetent people employed this morning. Guess you dont care who gets hurt by flying debris. You could do better.

Mike is a stand up guy. Very professional and a man of his word. He's pleasant, fair and reasonable. I appreciate someone who sticks to their word.

Wanted to keep this story alive so I added this entry... This actually happened and the ins. co. eventually paid us. It took a year, but they couldn't defend the injustices Courcy had heaped upon us. Please read this if you're even considering using Courcy Enterprises! We had Courcy show up to repair a main water leak. The job was difficult but Mike Courcy knew it. They had to dig 450' and bury a new line. He took a month before starting the job and 4 months to "complete" it. During this time, he lied over a few dozen times ... read more
