Courchene renovated our home, I would never use them again. Not only were they dishonest, they did shoddy work. The project supervisor was incompetent. They over charged for interior items etc. The owners are two entitled spoiled individuals who inherited their father’s construction business. After having my home renovated again the contrast between our latest contractor and Courchene was shocking to say the least!
If you’re looking for a quality builder, then Courchene Development is who you need. We had to search high and low for a detailed-oriented builder for our traditional build and so glad we did! The entire team is very professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. From the owners to the office team to the project manager (Bob) to all of the subs used, we are very happy with their work. A+ all across the board! (Would also highly recommend working with their design team at Insignia Design Group— incredibly talented!)
