Katie the SLP was amazing and she deserves 5 stars for her work. However, the front desk women was incredibly rude. When we scheduled we were told multiple times to arrive at 7:10am for our 7:30 appointment, including in a voicemail confirming the appointment. We were there exactly at 7:10am and she acted incredibly inconvenienced that she had to unlock the door and said “I assume this is (my sons name)” in regards to our sons appointment and why we were there. We were checking in havent even seen therapist and receptionist less than receptive. Ive a service dog and she yelled across waiting room. After id flashed his badge as walking in. Saying is your dog a service dog ? I replied yes i showed you his badge. Her reply was I didnt see that. Never smiling. Asking and answering questions across the waiting room. So far. Not a good impression for a place that works with disabilities. Obviously a service dog is more applicable here than anywhere.
