We were checking in havent even seen therapist and receptionist less than receptive. Ive a service dog and she yelled across waiting room. After id flashed his badge as walking in. Saying is your dog a service dog ? I replied yes i showed you his badge. Her reply was I didnt see that. Never smiling. Asking and answering questions across the waiting room. So far. Not a good impression for a place that works with disabilities. Obviously a service dog is more applicable here than anywhere.
