From the first appointment I felt listened to and supported. The office is calming and I leave feeling more confident and grounded. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for help with their anxiety in the Fredericksburg area. Everyone I’ve met at the office has been very welcoming and kind.

DO NOT SEE BARBARA HORN!! I was a client of hers from 2019-2022, these are the highlights. -diagnosed some she'd never met (my ex) with BPD and told me "you can't be friends with BPD". Funny since she specializes in emotional regulation. -when I discussed concerns of possibly having autism, I was dismissed immediately (despite my sister being diagnosed and it being genetic and her knowing this) and told that I couldn't have autism because I wasn't cognitively disabled to the point where I needed assistance in my day to day l... read more

Emailed and called to get information for a friend who is too out of sorts to call himself. I was told a bit condescendingly that since he "was an adult," he needed to call to find out basic information such as do they take his insurance. I wasn't getting into specifics or private HIPPA info. It's a "yes" or "no." It seems this office needs reminding that some people, although they are adults, are at such a low point they can't make the call. That's really basic counseling stuff. I am grateful to this office. They are very kind and helpful. My therapist is Jason Gray, I have been seeing him for about four months and have been noticing a difference while uncovering core issues holding me back. I plan to continue my journey with him as I've learned so much about myself and have been given tools to help me manage my stress. Thank you!

This is, by far, the most warm and inviting healthcare office I have ever been to. Bonnie at the front desk is amazing. We were already nervous about counseling, but her kind and genuine nature immediately put us at ease.
