You cannot trust a business that allows their workers to drive company cars like complete maniacs on the road. One of them tailgated me and almost drove me off the road, because I was following the speed limit, they were yelling and swearing, and did it to countless other people. BEWARE! Requested a quote on an apartment ducted aircon repair and was not notified of call-out fee. They sent me a $540 bill two months later! After they took a look at the aircon, I had to follow up after two weeks after not receiving a quote and was told the tradesman was 'on holidays'. Eventually got a quote but it took nearly a month. I ended up going with another company which quoted and did repairs within 3 weeks.
Couper Air installed ventilation for us in a commercial kitchen space and we were very happy with the results. They offered good value, quality workmanship and very friendly and helpful service. Would happily recommend to others.
