Brooks Way is completely incompetant. 3 different times he contacted me with commercial properties for sale. All 3 times I immediately told him I was interested and would submit an offer and not to sell to someone else before I submit my offer. All 3 times he ignored me and sold firm to someone for LESS than what I was offering. Each time this was in less than 24 hrs from the time he first contacted me. I rarely leave a reviews anywhere but I never been so offended as an Asian person living in Canada by 2 of their salesperson Matt and Mike. The moment they both know that I'm an Asian businessman they stop responding. Didn't even bother to spend few seconds to make any excuses. Shame on your business. We're all human and should be treated equally.
I ‘ve dealt with Peter 2years ago, it was pleasant experience and he helped me purchase my dream house. Also he helped me in selling my old house over asking price!!
