I called this company 4 months ago. Took them about 2 weeks to come and and take a look at my septic problem. My system has a Bad line. It needs repaired ASAP. They told me it would be about 2-3 weeks before they could come out. Like everyone’s summer we are busy so I would lose track of time and I would call them every few weeks and they kept saying they are coming and would call me with an actual date. 4 months now and they still haven’t showed up.
