I called them on Monday as our heat was not turning off (it's the summer), he said they would try and make it out and I specifically asked him to clarify if that meant not that day or the next, etc. I told him I had new renters arriving on Friday and he sounded confident they would make it out by Friday. Today, Thursday I called, and he has no intentions at this point at making out by tomorrow. Nor did he call to inform me of that, I had to call them. Don’t call Countywide Plumbing right now (September 2019). I had a couple of small plumbing needs for my new townhouse so I could move to Silverthorne and they are completely booked until Spring of 2020. They installed a new water heater before we closed on the property so I was trying to give them more business.
We’ve been working with Mike and his team for at least 15 years. They always come fast on urgent issues and have been great to work with. We trouble shot our radiant heating system and have it running a a lot more affordable cost. (No glycol, just rust inhibitors). Now zone valves don’t break!
I didn't have hot water and he came that morning! Thank you! Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all the many questions I had and was very helpful at showing me what to look for if this happens again. Thank you, Thank you!
