I think he did a great job with my home inspection. First time buyer here and I thought Thom was very meticulous with his inspection. Not to mention he has very competitive prices. Oh, and he responded back with a beautiful report in under 6 hours. So big props for that in my opinion. He breaks down just about anything you could think of and beyond. Would recommend 10/10. PS... home inspectors are impartial and try to bring up any issues they come across (no matter how small) to give everyone involved the best data possible.... read more
My house was listed for sale since December 2016. On April 4, 2017 finally I received a reasonable offer from a buyer who later requested home inspection from Countywide Home Inspections, and on which was performed by Thom Fitzpatrick on April 15, 2017. After that inspection my home buyer suddenly walked away from the sale, and I had to relist my house again. I requested a copy of my home inspection report, which the buyer's agent hesitated to provide, however since I refused returning EMD without that copy I finally got it.... read more
