Had no issues when setting things up to have our steps installed. Professional and everything looked great, at first. Within a week, we noticed crumbling in the corners and the railings were rusting. Less than six months after install, we noticed what looked like small chips taken out of the steps. We did NOT use salt on our property through the winter, so that is not the cause. Just had a new porch put in today, completely blown away by the results! Their reputation speaks for itself! Arranged the job through Tom & Cindy, wonderful people, 2 workers came today, & worked relentlessly, & did a wonderful job! Tom even educated me on concrete stains, when he came out to do the estimate. Highly recommend this company. 5 stars all the way!

Way beyond what I expected, 100% satisfied. Beautiful steps, great price. Bob and Gary remove my old steps, (big job) installed the new steps and then cleaned up. Andy E
the workers are super nice and respectful. got pur steps in less time the quoted and a great price. no wonder they have been around as long as they have.
They will come running when you want to buy from them but when you have an issue such as a new porch that cracks from rail to rail after 5months you suddenly can not get ANYONE to respond called 7 times and was told they will be here next week first contacted them 9 weeks ago just reported to bbb today will give them another week to resolve this issue then atty general office then court
