Messed up getting me my new card, no 24/7 call service will help me set up the new card. Now i have to try and call to fix the issue in the middle of my work day. What is the point in putting a number on the card to set it up. If it doesnt give you options if there is a problem, or tell you why the new card cant be set up. Nothing against the staff at this location they have always been amazing! This negative review is for corporate.
Great Bank with some really great people
I am a young successful business owner that owns her own home. A lady named Patricia Freeman had me jumped through all kind of hoops for three weeks with tons of tax information just to deny me of a loan that we desperately need. If you’re looking for any help with your small business, this is not the place. We were denied because our home is not a stick built home. I just don’t understand why she couldn’t ask that question to begin with and saved us a lot of time and effort it almost seemed intentional.
