Not Happy We had them service our AC and for the last three years before they came our AC was working fine then a few days after that our thermostat died. Next thing I know to get it fixed, we supposedly need pay $200.00 to fix the part that was "broken". We will not work with them again and we're now trying to find another AC shop in San Antonio.
Best Service! Thank you! Best service I've received from a company in 25 years. I called two A/C repair companies that didn't return my call after a friend recommended County Wide. County Wide arrived to my house on-time, repaired my A/C with a part for under $300 on a Sunday afternoon. Now, this is what I call service! They were in and out in about 1/2 hour. Appreciate the fast, courteous and timely service! I had a very sick puppy that couldn't breathe - thankfully Countwide could fix in a jiffy. Very grateful customer.
Many technicians to deliver prompt service The best thing about them is that they have many technicians at all times to do their job. You can rely on them to be there for you whenever you are stuck with service & repair problem. I had one and called several service companies but couldnt got hold of any avaialbe technician that could come immediately. Then i called them and they were there to fix my problem.
Professional, fast and fair...ly overpriced. The reception person was very professional and they set our estimate very quickly. The service technicians came out and again were very professional. They were out within 2 days for the estimate, and had a full estimate for us the next day. The prices unfortunatly were much higher than some other companies. professional.. check, Fast... check... Fair...maybe.. but could be better.
