Horrible experience here . They charged me 225$ then later said that I needed a new plate and now needed to pay an additional 210$ . When I mentioned this to Carlos he said it was the state not his fault . Of course it’s a state mandate but he didn’t advise that this was a possibility and didn’t give us any recourse prior to moving forward . Really felt like a bait and switch . I would NEVER use these people again . Stay away.

Zero stars. On Thursday, I gave them the necessary paperwork in order to renew my handicap placard. I gave them fifteen dollars for their service. They said I should return on Friday at 5PM. I came back on Friday and they didn’t have the promised handicap placard. I asked why they didn’t call, their reply we didn’t have your phone number. They told me to come back on Monday at 5PM.
