No idea about the star system, but we met the new vet, Dr. Pearson. She was very nice, had a good demeanor that got me comfortable. Lucy was "shy" but we managed to get her on the table, though Dr. Pearson willing to exam her on floor. A thorough exam by Dr. Pearson assisted by Christina, gave us insight to Lucy's overall health. Later that day Dr. Pearson, herself, called with results. That conversation ended with me agreeing to return to them for meds; which I'll do today.
We love our county vet! So does our dog Dakota!! The doctors are honest and NOT looking to sell you anything your dog doesn't need. We took our dog to an emergency vet Bc she was crying in pain one night. They told us she needed surgery. We took her to see Dr. Mann the next day he told us she was having growing pains and did not need surgery!! 4 and a half years later she is still fine. Thanks county vet!
Very good, very compassionate! They helped me when it was time for my dog to go on to the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you to everyone there who gave me information and comfort. It was very appreciated at a time that was difficult for me.
