As a new homeowner, I find it both frustrating and disappointing to experience the property tax collection practices set by the department!! In almost all businesses that issue bills, reminders are typically sent before the due date to ensure customers are aware of their payment obligations. However, this is not the case here. I really am disappointed in the customer service with Bonita Harsh she was so rude with a negative attitude when I called for help with a tax clearance request, not helpful at all and there was no need for the attitude when all I was trying to do was get help from her that is her Job
