I highly recommend the absolutely amazing County Transmissions! Michael is one of the most cheerful and friendliest people I’ve dealt with in a long time — and so honest! A problem I thought would cost hundreds or thousands to repair turned out to be a simple fix. They could have made something up. They could have charged for diagnostics, labor, and/or time. Instead they charged me....$0. $0!!! Who does that? Definitely made my month! Professional, honest, friendly, customer service-oriented — probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop!

I 100% recommend these folks! I had a great experience with them repairing my transmission! Their communication is amazing! Hampton runs a great operation! Michael was great at explaining what was wrong with my SUV and what needed to be fixed. Jean was an absolute bright spot in the checkout process! Your vehicle could not be in better hands! Just want to give a shoutout to County Transmission in Vienna. They did an awesome job repairing my car for less than a third of the dealership's estimate. It even came in lower than their own quote. I love dealing with local honest companies. And to top it all off, they donated 10 carabiner clips to my GS troop. Stand up!!!
