Any restaurant that charges an automatic tip for a take-out order of chicken wings should automatically receive 1 star... pathetic

I used to love this hotels restaurant big time! But they have lost all their passion, can’t get my order right these past few months. Service is lacking enthusiasm and passion as well
I did prefer the old menu but my complaint is that lately they have allowed large groups in the main dining room. They are very noisy distracting to people who are trying to have a quiet lunch
Staff and Food are both some of the Best. Being attached to The Best Western University Inn is definitely a major plus.
The staff are very friendly however the menu choices have deteriorated in the last couple of years. They are constantly changing the menu and portion sizes are shrinking. $9.50 for a grilled cheese and then tack on another $2.50 for a tiny basket of fries? We were informed that after hosting a wedding they were out of chicken so they couldn't make chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich. Stayed at Best Western and we thought we would give the Restaurant a try. So glad we did service, view, and food was all great! Will definitely be back. Thank you to our waitress Andrea for taking great care of us!
