I called them with an emergency request. My sump pump wouldn't cycle properly during the heavy rain storms of this past week. Although I seemingly fixed the problem myself with a new check valve. They inspected the operation and readjusted the piping and pump itself. It now works better than it ever has in the past 25 years. It was the best service call I ever had. This was the second time I needed them in a bad situation and they responded wonderfully both times.

They came over to give us a quote on replacing shower fixtures. I didn’t get a quote so I reached out via call and text. I noticed they read my text and still no response.assume they didn’t want the job but instead of saying so they ghosted us.

I am so happy I found County Road Plumbing. I typically do a lot of things myself but called County Road to fix a problem I was not comfortable tackling myself. They were professional prompt and reasonable cost. The service guy was very informative and helpful and solved my problem in a very short time. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs going forward, big and small.
