The passport office should be closed. They don't give you any information about anything. Yesterday I arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they did it at 4 and they didn't help me because it was too late. I returned the next day at 1:00 p.m and they still couldn't because the size of the photo wasn't correct. We went to take it 3 times after it was too late and it was a lot of paperwork. I’m only writing 5 stars before this to be seen. I don’t think I have encountered such an unprofessional, incompetent, and unreliable office such as specifically the SNAP office. Never can get a hold of someone through email or phone. When you show up they are so rude & nasty especially Ms. Tobias who seems like she hates her life & her job. I just don’t understand how you can play with people’s livelihoods and have no type of responsibility for it. Apparently no one got their December’s benefits?? This should be unacceptabl... read more
