The passport office should be closed. They don't give you any information about anything. Yesterday I arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they did it at 4 and they didn't help me because it was too late. I returned the next day at 1:00 p.m and they still couldn't because the size of the photo wasn't correct. We went to take it 3 times after it was too late and it was a lot of paperwork.
