I agree with Seneca. They go through the motions of appearing to try to help, but after talking to you once or twice, and giving you a brochure or two, they basically tell you to go to your primary care physician. If you are on medi-Cal, as everyone who goes to this place is, then you know this is not a good option, as the doctors at medi-Cal clinics like Chico Ampla are just as bad.
