CMS has been unresponsive to a query about finances.  Two follow up reminders and it is over 3 weeks with no meaningful answer.  I am a unit owner at a condo 'managed' by them

From my experience as a unit owner for the last 9 years, County Management Services has moved at a snail's pace to get anything done. It took four years for them to finally fix our chimneys, which leaked significantly in our units. The parking situation here is getting way worse, and they continue removing visitor spots. They do NOT follow the parking policy and allow some people with one car to have two spots, while the rest of us get 1. I’m a unit owner at one of the Condo facilities that County manages. Last February (2023) I had a water pipe break in my kitchen and flood my unit. I was not home at the time. When I received notice to get home from the Fire Department, I was half of an hour away. When I got home. County was already there. Gary and his entire staff have been there to help from day one. When you deal with companies like this, 0 stars should be an option. 40+ years of business with propert management companies and I’ve seen the good, the nada and the ugly. Never in my life have I seen one run as corrupt and deplorable as this. Gary isn’t a businessman he is a thief. The company does 0 and in return is paid hundreds of thousands of dollars by these complexes. I’ve watched numerous properties go from what would be considered excellent and well taken care of to look like inner city housing under Gary’s watch.

County management is the company that manages the condo complex that I live in. They have gone beyond being responsive to our needs. For seeing and alleviating problems before they manifest. They solved a weekend problem within minutes . they hav been excellent in communicating and resolving a problem I had. A pleasant , experienced staff and excellent management company that is a five star company and I’ve had experience with other management company so I feel I can express this opinion sincerely
