Called and even though someone assured me an estimate, still no return call 2 weeks later. Very disappointing.

Just got approved for an insurance claim, attempted to reach out a couple of times to ask if they would interested in roofing our home, both times we have been hung up on. The second time we called back thinking it was a potential disconnect, nope..went straight to voice-mail. So much for business top voted...its a no for me and I will be sure to spread the word.
