Was disappointed in this place ! Long drive for one orchard with not a single apple , donuts sold completely out and outrageous lines for each thing even to check out was not enjoyable and a lot of standing in line and disappointed kids w one orchard w no apples and the last one picked over and no honey crisp etc..... then to get zero donuts lol people had 8 in hand and the lines just crazy !
Good luck with the apple picking. There were no apples to pick. However, I did find my honey crisp apples in the bag. My 7 year old had a blast! As far as crowds, it is to be expected. Nothing to fuss over. We have been coming for the past 5 years and will continue to do so. Overall, it's a good family experience. I HIGHLY recommend the sweet hot pickles/relish and of course everyone knows you can't go wrong with the apple or pumpkin donuts! Come with a bit of patience, and you're sure to have a good time!
Last year was better. This year the apples were hard to find good ones had to walk far in. Also I think it is ridiculous to charge 4 $ dollars to go in the barn to see the animals there are only like 6 different animals to see. And at the bakery the donuts are good but 9$ a dozen for cake donuts is a bit pricey
I love going to this place. I might actually like it more than my kids. They love it too. Ignore the bad reviews were people say it was too crowded and there were no apples on the trees. It essentially has not rained in two months in these parts. Also, it was a glorious beautiful day so of course everybody was at the Orchard.
