I had to replace my water heater, furnace and air conditioner all at once. County Line was very competitive in their pricing and Steve provided numerous options for me to consider in switching from oil and was very responsive and patient in answering all my questions without pressure. I ended up switching to a much more efficient gas furnace with a heat pump and Steve was able to get me a nice rebate that Lenox was offering and took care of filing all of the paperwork for me. Country Line Mechanical was able to quickly source and install a top-quality heat pump system in a very short time when my 20 year old system failed. Steven was very knowledgeable and thorough in his recommendations. The install team was very professional - great attitudes, very skilled, and kept my place clean. This is the team you want!
It soon became clear that they were not interested in trying to add heat and a/c to my old house.
