We have contacted them through our warranty. The man on the phone sounded like he was just waking up. The temperature outside is in the 90s. My temperature inside is 85. I requested the soonest available time and couldn't get a response. I got told I'd get a call back and never received a call back. Poor service and unreliable would not recommend.
I called County Line on a Friday evening needing an assessment for my AC. They sent someone out Saturday morning and provided an estimate on the spot. The repair was accomplished on Monday and my AC was back up and running. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. Thank You!!!

These guys are very reliable. Actually arrived early. And called ahead as requested. Fair price. Definitely worth calling
They answer the phone, show up when they tell you they will, do a thorough job, answer questions patiently, and are kind to my loud-mouthed dog. Caleb also helped me get the smart thermostat connected to my WiFi. (Thermostat came with the house, even Wyze tech support couldn't help me out last year.)
