I called in May for a cleaning appointment and service call and they had an appointment a lot sooner than l expected. They were professional the entire time and didn't make me feel like a fool. I call them last yesterday for an issue with my AC not working correctly. Again I was given prompt and professional service. So long as I can, I am planning to continue to contact and work with this company.
We have contacted them through our warranty. The man on the phone sounded like he was just waking up. The temperature outside is in the 90s. My temperature inside is 85. I requested the soonest available time and couldn't get a response. I got told I'd get a call back and never received a call back. Poor service and unreliable would not recommend.
I called County Line on a Friday evening needing an assessment for my AC. They sent someone out Saturday morning and provided an estimate on the spot. The repair was accomplished on Monday and my AC was back up and running. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. Thank You!!!
Fast, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and a fair price. Everything you want in a heating and air company. I've used them before and I'll definitely be using them again!
