Mark came out same day (within hours of calling actually) and was able to diagnose and fix our AC unit that wasn’t cooling in this 100+ heat. Today's visit was for routine air conditioner maintenance. However, these guys installed my HVAC 20+ years ago and have been the only people I've trusted for maintenance and repairs.
I found that this company was very honest and reliable. He came out the same afternoon I called. I'm not saying all businesses do this, but some tell you that something different needs to be repaired or replaced than what really does. This gentleman was very honest in his evaluation and very reasonably priced. I used this company again for another home. He's still just as honest and reliable as he was the first time. You can not lose with this company!
They showed up with 2 feet of snow on the ground. Climbed into my attic saw that my vent pipe was froze. There was nothing they could do. It was no charge...I paid them anyway. Now I know why my heater wouldn't come on was worth every penny.
