The touchless wash itself did a great job, but the drying cycle was a major letdown. I followed the prompt to pull slightly forward for the drying phase, but it never activated. Unfortunately, I ended up driving away with my car completely covered in water spots. If they fix the drying sensors, this would be a much better experience.

Half the chemicals won't dispense during stall wash, they're charging you for a setting that spits nothing out. Only soap and water. No engine degreaser, no spot free rinse, no bug cleaner. This has been going on for over 6 months, just finally got mad enough to tell yall about it. Trash car wash

Great customer service! I accidentally overpaid with cash because I didn't realize the machine doesn't give change. The notice is on the machine, but I think the fine print could be more visible for customers paying with cash. I called the owner, and they were incredibly friendly and quickly sent me the difference through Zelle with no hassle. It's refreshing to see a business that stands behind its customers like that. I talked to the owner and they do have free vacuums you just have to look The owner does care about making things right which is nice though.

I have been coming here for a year. On two occasions, I made a request for certain reasons, and they immediately provided a solution. I would like to thank the management.
