Was having trouble swiping my card man helped me great service
Love the carwash but they constantly overcharge. My carwash total was around $7 but I saw charge for $10 pending. I was like ok it’s pending I’m sure it will be fine after it posts to my account. Waited a few days for it to post to my account. And it posted as $15. I got more than double charged for it. Then I went back and I checked my previous charges. If you need a high pressure rinse it’s fine but no soap or wax comes out.
Alejandro was super helpful in explaining how the self-serve and automatic car wash works. The place also has free dryers, which is a great perk! On top of that, there are multiple Latin food trucks on-site, so you can treat yourself to some delicious food after getting your car cleaned. Great service and a nice overall experience!
