Poor quality of work, unethical business practices and horrendous customer service. They did not do the work on the trailer they claimed they did and they stole my faucet and replaced it with a broken one. They took months to "repair" my trailer and did not do a good job. While my trailer was there, the sales department relentlessly contacted me to trade in my trailer. Horrible experience and would warn everyone thinking of buying a trailer or servicing their trailer at county line not to. You will regret it.
We had decided to move forward if they could get the numbers right. They kept refusing to show us the paperwork and kept changing amounts of what they said. They had my credit card to run a deposit once we agreed on the paperwork. After a few days of waiting and no paperwork sent, them being shady, we told them never mind. Customer was due to pickup a camper they willing put a non refundable deposit on. Pricing had already been agreed upon via phone and the paperwork was prepped and ready for the customer. Approximately one hour before they were due to pick up their camper, they called requesting to cancel the transaction. Even though we paid a technician to prep their camper so they could immediately use it for camping, we refunded their full deposit and the transaction was voided.
