If I could do no stars I would. They were supposed to be at the church at 1030 for my sisters wedding with the cake. They didn't show up til 3. They need to get out of the business of messing up people's special day. Luckily it's just cake but if you run a business you need to stand behind your deadlines. Especially when it's a wedding(and the amount u charge). The cakes were not even the right design. Completely unacceptable, my family deserves a full refund.
Horrible!!! Had a baby shower for a friend who came in from out of state as well as family and friends. We ordered cookies and petit fours that were promised for a specific date and time. We went to pick up the order and they were not ready but they promised to deliver them by said time. 1 hour into the shower they had not shown up, had not called and would not answer the phone. They work hard and make the best icing ever. Red velvet is my favorite! I'd recommend them to everyone for crafty sweet treats!!
Worst bakery I have ever been to! My wedding was Friday and the cakes were supposed to be delivered at 6 but were 3 1/2 hours late! They wouldn't answer their phone and when they did they said the cakes were on a truck at another delivery. When the cakes still weren't there I sent someone to the bakery to find that they were just then boxing them up. The owner delivered the cake and didn't want to come in to talk to me! Just had a wedding that they were suppose to provide wedding cake and grooms cake. It was frozen and 3.5 hours late for wedding. Awful service. Lied to us about ETA. Never will use their bakery. Not to mention they forgot grooms cake.
