Beware of using this company when purchasing a home especially if the previous owner recommends them, I believe they were either paid off to pass the inspection on my home or are simply incompetent at their job. My home passed inspection & immediately after moving in, it was apparent there was a plumbing issue. After calling in a few plumbers it was evident that my home is not properly ventilated.
