County Irrigation Services has telephone representatives that need anger management training. A woman and a man I spoke to on 10/1/23 were extremely rude and nasty telling me to shut the fu up and then just hung up on me. Ive been a longtime loyal and prompt paying customer and this is no way to treat anyone. Management can listen to the recorded conversation to confirm my poor review.Im very disappointed and shocked about this situation.
Nasty receptionist. Customer can be easily soured.If first impressions matter then this is a lousy way to begin.I used this company for five years and have really had it with her to the point that I am switching.
Excellent service. Very friendly staff.
I have found over the years that I have been using them that their services have been above and beyond. They have always been on time and done an excellent Job. I would give them 5 stars.
