Coming from Santa Barbara County to SLO County is a DRASTIC difference. The staff are easy to work with. They genuinely care about helping you to accomplish what you are trying to get done. All around just a much better place then my last experience at a County building.
Love the nurses and doctor! Doctor talked me through the whole procedure which helped tremendously! Made my treatment extremely pleasant even though I was incredibly anxious. Will be going back and recommend it to anybody!
I've interacted many times with the SLO Health Department since the beginning of Covid in early 2020, either on the telephone and in person. The whole team has been unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. It is unusual these days when you find this kind of customer service. Hats off to the SLO County Health Department!
This facility is really on the ball. We were helped immediately, staff was friendly and very helpful with complete information about our vaccinations. I want to personally thank Nora, who gave us water , because she noticed we were overheated. Cant thank Nora and this entire staff enough. Thank you so much for all you do. Diane and Donn
I am in from out of town and was not sure where to go. I’m at that age where somethings are just different. It was time for my well woman and I was concerned about my hormone levels. They not only got me in same day, heard everything I said, responded with care and was diligent, kind and thorough! I wish all health care clinics where this way. Whatever you’re doing it’s working!
