It's gotten better, the office staff and doctors are better than they used to be. It's still a bit of a wait to get a doctor as a new patient but they certainly getting doctors a caliber above what they use to have. Also the office staff is no longer being managed by an unprofessional Karen that was violating people's legal rights.
