Sly was my salesman and he was very profressional and helped me thru the entire process. The rest of the team was great as well. The RAV4 was ready when I showed up for my appointment and everything went smoothly from the test drive, to the negotiations, to the financing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I typically don't buy from bigger dealerships, but the people at County Ford have made me change my mind. If I'm every in the market to buy another vehicle, I will definitely check out their inventory first.
I had a great experience buying a used Tesla from County Ford. My salesman, Ruiy, was excellent to work with, and very responsive throughout the entire process. He kept me informed as the car was getting prepped, to when the driver left etc. The deal had a few intricacies and wasn’t always simple, but Ruiy stayed on top of everything and made sure we got it done.
