Very friendly and helpful
I would give this dealership a zero if I could. I made an appt to look at a specific vehicle on Friday at 10:15am. I confirmed the appt the day before (Thursday). We live well over an hour away from this dealership. My husband and I both took the day off from work to make this appt. On Friday, at 8:30am, a sales manager called me to tell me the general manager had decided to take the vehicle over the weekend. Therefore, the vehicle was not there. They had a good selection of Mustang convertibles which was one of my requirements. We had to work out a couple of things but my salesman, Nathan Spoon, was able to keep the sale on track. The result was a successful purchase of my new Mustang GT convertible.
Wife made an appointment to look at a vehicle to consider for purchase. After I took a day off from work to drive an hour to see this vehicle, we were contacted by the salesperson that morning to inform us the manager was going to use it through the weekend. Guess they are more into using the vehicles for personal pleasure than selling them.
they were able to send someone to the house the same day I called and performed one of the two recall software updates
