RecommendedNew update...spoke to one of the owners about my concerns and she listened and expressed their commitment to improve the wash and explained the work they were doing to accomplish that. She provided a complimentary wash and thanked me for communicating - so I appreciated the follow up. I used the wash this weekend and ran my truck through the third bay with the brush...and I was much happier with the results from that wash. Tried to get a car wash on Monday . I was charged $17.00 and no car wash , not sure why it wasn’t working . I called them and asked for a credit or refund , and still no response . It said will respond in 24 hours . It’s Thursday and still no return call, after 2 calls and messages . Unprofessional and I want my money back or my car washed 🤷🏻♀️
All the winter grim cleaned off my SUV efficiently and affordably. This car wash is great. The signs were easy to read and follow. It is kept really clean too!
Does a great job and super convenient.
Went through was dryers never came on called they hung up on me three time. Emailed them and never heard back. I would not recommend no good on customer service!!!
Their coupon codes never work or are for an amount less than advertised. I pay for the most expensive wash and it never looks like my car was even touched. Horribly expensive for the poor quality you get. Will never use them again.
Never spot free after. Doesn't matter if it's the $10 or $17 wash, it just doesn't look freshly washed. Its a farther drive for other car washes but they do better.
Wash was pretty good. For a touch-less it is. The property could use some love. Grungy looking. If it was cleaner I think it would be more inviting. Would use again however.
